Zenun Homes designs all come with a great range of standard inclusions and a great specification level.

When we get your home priced for you we can also get some additional pricing on some optional items that you may also like included in your home.

These can be incorporated on a separate quotation. This will give you the flexibility to choose which items you may or may not wish to include. Any items you select can be added to your total costing.

• 3 coat Internal wall painting 1 colour to entire home.
• 400mm by 400mm  floor tiling to all living areas with carpets to remainder of the home.
• Essa stone benchtops of 1 colour to remainder of the home (Bathrooms, ensuites, laundries)

• Vertical Blinds or Aluminium Venetian blinds to home
• 3 Phase Power in lieu of single phase
