Custom Homes or Individual Design Requirements

If you are looking to have your own Individual Design created, Zenun Homes can offer you a full and Comprehensive New Home Building and Design Service.

We work with you and your ideas and form them into a temporary plan and format that we can use as a base.

When we have this base point established we add in all the other details and adjust the design to include any personal requirements or adjustments you may have and draft everything into a detailed sales sketch positioned on your block.

We will need to work with your approximate budget and we will need to do an assessment your block of land to take in any special conditions and to allow in any provisional sum amounts for siteworks or anything else that may be required that may be specific to your site.

Please note.  Generally Zenun Homes doesn't charge for adjusting our existing designs advertised on our website to suit your requirements.  An individual design is more complex, time consuming and expensive to develop, draw and workout. Zenun Homes will charge an upfront fee for individual designs which will vary depending on the complexity of your individual design and the time and architectural design elements required to do this for you. This can be  worked out and discussed  with you once we have discussed your requirements
